Chocolate Oatmeal Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate in:
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Add in 2 large eggs, one at a time
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 scant c. of sifted flour
Directions
- Dissolve:
- Let cool. Next:
- Put together chocolate mix and batter and spread in greased loaf pan or possibly divide into layers. Bake 35 to 40 min at 350 degrees.
