Ingredients

  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Atkins Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa pwdr
  • 2 tsp chocolate extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine cream, water and syrup. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 min. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and vanilla extracts.
  2. Pour mix into an 8-inch square pan. Freeze till almost solid, about 3 hrs. To serve, transfer mix to blender or possibly food processor and blend till softened. Transfer to glasses.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
