Chocolate Lava Cake - Microwave (eggless) Recipe
Hits the mark - oozing velvety lava from the center of the soft textured chocolate cake.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp flour (all purpose)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbps milk
- 2 tbsp melted salted butter
- One piece dark chocolate (size; just right to fit into the microwave bowl)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of baking soda
Directions
- Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda.
- Mix, add milk and butter.
- Mix again
- Pour into a bowl and push chocolate in inside.
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes.
