Chocolate Fudge Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 box devil's food cake mix
- 1 sm package (4-serving size) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Mix together Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, oil and water. Add in cake mix and chocolate pudding mix. Mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45-55 min, till cake springs back when touched. Cold 30 min before removing from pan. Invert on a plate, and dust with powdered sugar when cold.
