Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce.) part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 (4 ounce.) pkg. of 6 individual graham tart shells
  • 2 c. assorted fresh fruit
  • 1 ounce. semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, mix first 4 ingredients till well combined. Spoon ricotta mix into tart shells, arrange fruit on top. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Makes 6 servings.
