Chocolate Dipped Sandwich Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Ritz (lg. size)
- 1 pkg. chocolate almond bark
- 1 c. peanut butter
- Wax paper
- 2 forks
Directions
- Spread 1 tsp. peanut butter between 2 crackers to make a sandwich. Heat chocolate in double boiler or possibly microwave. Stir. Heat till creamy. Drop cracker in melted chocolate, cover cracker completely with chocolate. Lift out with 2 forks on wax paper. Wait till chocolate hardens. Chill when hard or possibly they freeze well. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
