  1. Gently hull strawberries, wash and dry gently with paper towels. Prepare the fondue by melting the chocolate in a double boiler. Then add in the cream and stirring constantly till the mixture is creamy.
  2. Add in Brandy. Blend well, do not boil.
  3. Transfer into the fondue, be sure candle underneath the fondue has been lit.
  4. Skewer the strawberries and dip in fondue.
