Chocolate Cranberry Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. white chips
  • 1 x (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 tsp freshly grated lemon peel cranberry topping (see below) Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Directions

  1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in medium bowl till combined. Press mix firmly onto bottom and side of 9 inch pie plate.
  2. Bake eight to 10 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold on wire rack.
  3. Heat cream in small saucepan over medium heat just to a boil. Remove from heat; add in chocolate chips. Whisk till chocolate is melted and mix is smooth. Spread onto bottom of crust. Cover; chill 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till chocolate is slightly hard.
  4. Place white chips in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at high one minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at high an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just till chips are melted and mix is smooth.
  5. Beat cream cheese in large bowl till smooth. Add in melted white chips, orange juice and lemon peel, beating till smooth. Spread mix proportionately over chocolate layer. Chill two hrs or possibly till hard.
