Chocolate Covered Pretzels with Cashew Crumbs

Ingredients

  • 1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 pound bg. salted pretzels
  • 1 can cashews

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, add bag of semi sweet chocolate chips.
  2. Add in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
  3. Stir until all chips are covered in oil.
  4. Put bowl in microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 60 seconds, until chocolate is melted.
  5. Lay parchment or wax paper over cookie sheet.
  6. Pour cup of cashews in food processor.
  7. Turn on food processor until cashews are fully crushed into crumbs.
  8. Dip each pretzel in chocolate, making sure to cover entire pretezel.
  9. Lay each chocolate covered pretzel on cookie sheet, making sure the pretzels don't touch one another.
  10. Repeat until every pretzel is dipped.
  11. Sprinkle each pretzel with cashew crumbs.
  12. Place pretzels in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
  13. Remove from refrigerator and enjoy.
