Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c. (6 ounce pkg) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c. minced nuts, optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F. Cream butter; add in sugar, Large eggs, vanilla and lowfat sour cream. Gradually add in dry ingredients, mixing only till combined. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if you like. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets, leaving at least 2" between them, as they will spread. Bake 12-14 mins; cold on racks. Store in a tightly sealed container.
