Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 sm. can pumpkin
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 c. oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 ounce. real chocolate chips
- 1 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10-12 min. Watch carefully; when bottoms are well browned, remove from oven and cold.
