Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. Margarine or possibly Butter (room temp.)
- 4 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. chips
- 5 c. oatmeal
- 2 c. nuts
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c. raisins plumped
Directions
- Plump raisins by covering with water and microwaving for 2 minutes.
- Cream the sugar and marg. or possibly butter in Which's A Bowl by hand. Quick when marg. is room temp. Add in the rest and mix well. Use Ice Cream Scoop or possibly large spoon and place about 9 on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15
- Yield: 38 Monster size or possibly Mrs. Field's size cookies.
