Ingredients
- 2 c. Butter
- 2 c. Brown sugar
- 2 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 c. Flour
- 5 c. Oatmeal
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Soda
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 24 ounce Chocolate chips
- 8 ounce German Chocolate (minced or possibly grated)

Chocolate Chip/Oatmeal Cookies

Directions
- Measure oatmeal and then blend in blender or possibly food processor to a fine pwdr (this is the secret!!). Cream butter and both sugars; add in Large eggs and vanilla. Mix together with oatmeal , flour, salt, baking pwdr, and soda.
- Add in chocolate chips, German chocolate, and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2" apart on a cookie sheet. Bake 10 min at 375. 3 C. minced peacans
