Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars Recipe
So easy and so delicious! You can make a double batch of homemade cookies or make it easy on yourself and buy store bought.

Ingredients
- 2 (20 ounce.) rolls refrigerator chocolate chip cookie dough
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
Directions
- Press 1 of the cookie dough rolls into the bottom of a jelly roll pan to create crust; set aside.
- Beat sugar, cream cheese at high speed.Scrape often to avoid lumps.
- Add in eggs. Pour over cookie mix.
- Cut other roll of cookie and crumble over cream cheese mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min until set.
- Chill well and cut into squares.
