8 ounces milk 2% ½ scoop French vanilla Protein powder (I used Designer's Whey) ½ Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Droste) 1 teaspoon Swerve Sweetener 8 frozen cherries 4 ice cubes

Blend all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Nutrition information based on 20 ounce serving 3.2.2708

Goooood Morning protein shake!

To be perfectly honest with all of you, I actually prefer my protein shakes in the afternoon. My morning ritual is plain Greek yogurt, vanilla bean paste and berries. Creature of habit, I guess.

But, hey, not all of us like Greek yogurt. I bet you would be surprised if I told you the hubby likes yogurt. Unfortunately, he doesn’t like Greek yogurt. He says it’s too thick.

I can tell you this.

This he loved! A chocolate cherry protein shake. Smooth, thick, creamy, sweet and delicious.
