Chocolate Cheesecake Bars Recipe
Ingredients
- full box basic cookie mix
- 1 cup water
- topping
- 8 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 /2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 12 eggs
Directions
- place water and cooking mix in bowl
- mix on low speed for 30 sec.
- press dough in ungreased 24 x 16 x 1 inch pan
- for standaerd oven bake at 350 8- 10 min; for convention oven bake at 300 for 8- 10 min. or until golden brown.
- topping
- Place cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder i mixing bowl.
- mix on low speed for 2 min. Scrape bowl.
- Add eggs and continue to mix on medium speed and mix 4 minutes. Scrape bowl.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over bake crust.
- For standard oven bake at 350 for 25 - 30 min; convention oven bake at 300 for 20- 25 min.
- chill completely before cutting. Drizzle with melted chocolate, if desired.
