CHOCOLATE BUTTERSCOTCH CARROT CAKE COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 box supermoist carrot cake mix with pudding in the mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil (I used canola)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • These are great for the holidays or just anytime. Enjoy!

With your hands make balls the size of walnuts and press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies depending on size you make them.
