Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Cocoa Hershey's
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2/3 c. diet margarine melted and divided
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 x egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c. Reduced Fat Semi-Sweet Baking Chips Hershey's

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with vegetable oil spray.
  2. In large bowl, stir together cocoa and baking soda; stir in 1/3 c. melted margarine. Add in boiling water; stir till mix thickens. Stir in sugar, egg whites, vanilla and remaining 1/3 c. melted margarine; stir till smooth. Add in flour and salt; blend completely. Stir in baking chips; pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 min or possibly till brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cold completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares. 36 brownies.
