Chocolate Brownie Waffle Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
- 2 x Sqs Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 lrg Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Walnuts, Finely Minced Sweetened Whip cream and shaved chocolate
Directions
- Heat oil and chocolate in pan over medium-low heat stirring often till chocolate melts. Remove from heat. Beat in sugar, Large eggs vanilla with wooden spoon or possibly hand held mixer till smooth. Add in flour, salt and cinnamon. Beat on low speed or possibly stir till blended. Stir in nuts. (Batter will be very thick). Heat waffle iron to medium-high. Spoon on about 3/4 c. batter using more or possibly less according to size of iron. Bake 2 or possibly 3 min till no steam rises. Lift edge of waffle with fork and spatula. serve immediately with whipped cream and shaved chocolate, or possibly plain as a cookie- cut into 1x2 inch pcs.
