Chocolate Birthday Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- For people with severe food allergies
- 2 c. barley flour
- 1 c. rice flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 6 Tbsp. cocoa pwdr
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 c. cool water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients and blend well. Place batter into two 9 inch layer pans. Bake for 25-30 min. Let cold, then frost.
