Chocolate Banana Chunk Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp cocoa/hot chocolate pwdr
  • 2 1/2 tbsp peanut butter (chunky or possibly creamy)
  • 4 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 tbsp evaporated lowfat milk or possibly pwdr lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Pour the lowfat milk into blender, add in 3 of the large eggs and mix.Add in 2 tbsp of cocoa pwdr and mix.
  2. Add in 2 bananas and 3 tbsp of evaporated lowfat milk and mix.
  3. Add in 2 tbsp of cocoa pwdr, 3 large eggs and mix.
  4. Add in remaining banana, 2 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter creamy or possibly chunky, whatever suites your taste, and mix.
  5. This shake is for bodybuilders or possibly athletes; NOT for couch potatoes.
