Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, Softened (No Substitutions)
- 2 Whole Small Chipotle Chilies in Adobo, Minced
- 1 Scallion, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Tsp. Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Chipotle Butter
Time: 10 minutes prep
Servings: 6
Directions
- Place the butter, chipotle, scallion, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Use a fork to mash together until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 12-Inch strip of plastic wrap to roll the butter mixture into a log roughly the original stick.
- Place the butter in a refrigerator or ice-filled cooler until ready to use.
