  • Lg. head cabbage, minced fine
  • 5 diced green onions (tops too)
  • 2 Packages Ramen noodle soup (throw away flavor pkg.), crush noodles into small pcs
  • 1/2 c. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds (1/2 c.)

Directions

  1. Chop cabbage (cold a while). Brown noodles, sesame seeds and almonds in the butter till light brown (low flame about 5 min). Stir. Can keep this mix separate till 20 min before serving; chill.
