Chinese BBQ Pork with Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients

• Chinese BBQ Pork with Broccoli 2 cups Chinese BBQ Roast pork, sliced
• 1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
• 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
• 2 tbs oil
• Sauce:
• 1 tbs dark soy sauce*
• 1 tbs light soy sauce**
• 1 tbs dry sherry or Chinese rice wine
• 1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
• 2 tsp fish sauce
• 2 tsp Maggi seasoning (optional but good if you have it)
• 4 tbs water
• 2 tsp cornstarch
