- 2 pcs erynggi mushroom. sliced
- 2 tsp chopped fresh chillies
- 1 tbsp mushroom sauce
- 1 tsp miso
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp water
- Oil for deep frying

Recipe:
- 1 large brinjal, cut into thick strip
- 2 pcs erynggi mushroom. sliced

- 1 tbsp mushroom sauce
- 1 tsp miso
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp water
- Oil for deep frying
- 2 tbsp of plain flour
Soak cut brinjals in salt water to prevent oxidation. Pat dry with clean cloth or kitchen paper and mix into flour. Heat up oil in a wok and deep fried the brinjals. Set aside.
Drain oil into strainer. Add mushroom, water and mushroom sauce into wok and stir fry for 2 mins. Mix in the deep fried brinjals and add the chopped chillies and seasoning. Stir fry for 1 min. Turn off heat and add in miso, mix evenly. Serve.
