Ingredients
- 1/2 peck tomatoes (6 lbs.)
- 6 lg. onions
- 4 green peppers
- 2 warm peppers, or possibly 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. whole allspice in bag

Directions
- Scald and peel tomatoes and put in colander to drain. Cut in small pcs the onions and peppers. Combine all ingredients and boil at a low boiling point for 1/2 hour. Stir constantly. Put in sterile jars and seal.
