Chili con Carne

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef, ground
  • 4 cups salsa
  • 1 cup kidney beans
  • 2 tbs. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. garlic, powdered

Directions

  1. Cook the ground beef, covered, for three minutes at 650 watts.
  2. Drain the grease from the beef, crumble it, then add the rest of the ingredients. Heat with 350 watts for 40 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
  3. Let stand for several minutes, then serve.
