Ingredients

  • 1 lb Frzn ocean-perch fillets Partially frzn
  • 3/4 c. Chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. Dry red wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Instant chopped onion.
  • 3/4 c. American cheese -- grated

Directions

  1. Put partially thawed ocean-perch fillets in shallow baking dish. Mix chili sauce, dry red wine and instant chopped onion. Spread on fish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in preheated very warm oven (450 F) for 15-20 minutes.
