Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast Bacon Dry beef strips
  • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream Cream of celery soup Water

Directions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cut bacon strips into three peices and wrap chicken breast. Line large casserole or possibly pan with dry beef strips.(at least 1 strip per chicken breast). Place chicken breast on top of beef. Add in a little water and bake about 45 min at 375 degrees.
  2. Mix together lowfat sour cream and cream of celery soup and pour over the chicken and return to oven for an additional 15 to 20 min.
  3. Good served with rice.
  4. 1 chicken breast=1 serving.
