Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/2 lb.) fryer
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 lg. Spanish onion, thickly sliced
  • 4 ounce. white wine or possibly dry sherry
  • 1 beef bouillon cube

Directions

  1. 1. Wash and cut fryer into small parts - skin if you like.
  2. 2. Add in can mushrooms plus juice and wine.
  3. 3. Place sliced onions on top and add in bouillon cube.
  4. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. 5. After it has cooked for 30 or possibly 40 min, turn chicken and you may add in a little more wine.
