A great way to use up rotisserie chicken! Makes a nice main dish luncheon salad, or a no-cook salad for dinner in summer.

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, celery, apples and walnuts in medium size mixing bowl.
  2. In smaller bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, sage and pepper together.
  3. Pour dressing over chicken mixture, combining well.
  4. (Optional: Lettuce-line plates and fill with salad mixture.)
