Ingredients
- Soup:
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded (or 2 cans Swanson’s chicken or leftover turkey)
- 1 large box chicken broth
- 1 small jar picante sauce (use all but 1/2-2/3 to taste)
- 1 small can Mexican corn
- 1 small can creamed corn
- 2 cans rinsed black beans
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)
- Toppings:
- Tortilla chips crumbled Sour Cream
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
