Chicken Tortilla Chip Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 5 c. water
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 bouillon cubes (chicken)
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1/2 c. diced cilantro (coriander)
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
Directions
- Boil all of the above for 30-40 min. On serving, add in corn chips, Monterey Jack cheese and slices of avocado.
