Directions

  1. Blend chopped garlic, grated ginger and soy sauce in large bowl. Cut chicken in strips and marinate in bowl with sauce, allow to marinate for an hour.
  2. Slice all the vegetable into bite size pieces.
  3. Place 3 Tbs vegetable oil in wok or large skillet, when hot, add chicken and brown. Set aside cooked chicken, Add a bit more oil if needed add red onions begin sauteing, when softened a bit, add broccoli, continue cooking until slightly tender, add pea pods, zucchini , Add mushrooms and sprouts, and continue to saute, add a 1/2 can of broth and continue to cook. Add a bit of cornstarch to remainder of the broth and pour over veggies, add chicken back into skillet and simmer.
