  • 1 pound broccoli (steamed, ready to eat)
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 (10.5 ounce.) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken pcs, cooked
  • 1 bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing (optional)

Directions

  1. Butter bottom of a 2 qt casserole dish. Layer stuffing mix, chicken, broccoli, rice then soup after each layer. Repeat till all ingredients are used ending with a layer of stuffing on top.
