  • 1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® chicken and vegetable rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 to 3 c. chicken (thighs & breasts), cut in chunks
  • Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Boil chicken parts. Cut in chunks. Cook rice according to directions on box. Add in soup. Mix well. Put in 8 or possibly 9 inch pan. Add in chicken chunks. Stir. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 to 45 min. Great doubled and used for company.
