Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boned (or possibly buy the boneless or possibly 8-10 ounce. of chicken tenders)
  • 1 sm. bell pepper, cut in slices
  • 1 sm. onion, sliced
  • 1 stalk broccoli, cut into bite sized pcs
  • 1 carrot, cut into bite sized pcs
  • 4-8 ounce. snow peas
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (opt.)
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Soy sauce or possibly teriyaki sauce

Directions

  1. Or possibly Bird's Eye frzn vegetable mix to suit your taste (approximately 2 c.).
  2. Prepare chicken and vegetables by cutting into bite sized pcs (except snow peas, leave whole). Heat skillet or possibly wok till warm. Add in oils. Brown chicken. When chicken is almost done, add in onions, bell peppers, garlic, ginger and vegetables. Cook till fresh vegetables are to desired doneness or possibly till frzn vegetables are warm through. Serve with rice and top with soy sauce or possibly teriyaki sauce.
  3. Serves 2-3.
  4. NOTE: Vegetables listed are basics and others such as mushrooms, bean sprouts, Chinese cabbage and cauliflower can be added.
