Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breasts, pounded flat
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs. butter
  • 1 tbs. parsley, dried
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. thyme, dried
  • ¼ tsp. garlic, powdered
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook the butter for half a minute with 950 watts. Beat the egg and add to the butter.
  2. Mix the cheese, crumbs, and herbs and spices.
  3. Roll the chicken in the egg mixture, then roll it in the crumb mixture.
  4. Put the chicken on a rack and bake, covered with paper, for eight minutes with 650 watts.
  5. If using the marinara sauce, heat it for two minutes with 950 watts, then pour it over the chicken and then serve the chicken on top of spaghetti.
