Directions

  1. Mix together first 5 ingredients. Set aside. Cut chicken into 1 x 3 strips, coat in cornstarch. Stir fry 2 min, remove from pan. Add in carrots and onion and stir fry 2-3 min. Add in chicken.
  2. Stir in soy sauce mix. Simmer approximately 5 min stirring frequently. Serve over cooked rice.
