• Saunf/fennel/perumjeerakam: 1 tsp
• Jeera: 1/2 tsp: 3-4 tbsp
• Organic turmeric: 1/2 tsp
• Khuskus: 1 1/2 tsp
• Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 1/2 tbsp
• Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
• Tomatoes: 2, chopped
• Coconut Oil: 3-4 tbsp
