Ingredients

  • 1 x Chicken, cut into pcs
  • 10 x Poblano chilis (peppers)
  • 1 x Onion
  • 1 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream Oil Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. 1. Wash and dry the chicken. Put salt and pepper on the chicken and fry till golden brown.
  2. 2. Toast, peel, hollow out and liquify the chilis with the onion and the broth. Strain the mix and fry till the flavor peaks.
  3. 3. Add in the chicken and cook till tender. Remove from heat and add in lowfat sour cream.
