  • 1 cut up frying chicken
  • 1 med. sized green pepper, minced
  • 1 med. sized onion, minced
  • 1 pod garlic
  • 1 sm. jar or possibly can sliced mushrooms

Directions

  1. Season and flour chicken as of your choice. Brown in Crisco oil. Remove from skillet. Saute/fry green peppers, onions, garlic and mushrooms. Remove from skillet. Pour off excess oil, leaving dregs in. Add in golden brown mushroom soup, chicken and water. Lower heat. Let simmer till chicken is done.
