Directions

  1. In a skillet add olive oil, sliced onions and sliced bell peppers, minced garlic, saute until softened
  2. bake or grill chicken, cool and shred, add chicken to veggies and seasonings, stir gently and cook 6 minutes
  3. You can warm flour tortillas if desired
  4. Fill each tortilla and roll closed
