Ingredients

  • 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. noodles
  • 1 fryer chicken, quartered
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Scant teaspoon salt
  • 6 ounce. can sliced mushrooms or possibly slightly less then 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • Clove garlic, crushed
  • Paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Place chicken in a 9 x 9 x 1 3/4 inch oblong pan. Blend together soup, wine, salt, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Mix well and pour over chicken. Sprinkle generously with paprika and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Baste with sauce and sprinkle with more paprika 20 min before removing from oven. Serve over noodles.
