Chicken Curry Kabobs On Rice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Yogurt, plain
  • 1/4 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1 1/2 lb Chicken breast
  • 3 c. Rice, cooked
  • 2 x Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 6 x Skewers
  • 1 x Tomato, large, minced Parsley

Chicken Curry Kabobs On Rice

Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt, garlic and spices. Marinate in refrigerator at least 6 hrs, turning occasionally.
  2. Soak bamboo skewers for 1 hrs. Drain and throw away marinade. Thread chicken on skewers. Cook 8 to 10 min on grill, turning twice. Toss rice with tomato and green onions. Serve skewers over rice.
