Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Yogurt, plain
- 1/4 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1 1/2 lb Chicken breast
- 3 c. Rice, cooked
- 2 x Green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 6 x Skewers
- 1 x Tomato, large, minced Parsley

Chicken Curry Kabobs On Rice
Servings: 6
Directions
- Mix yogurt, garlic and spices. Marinate in refrigerator at least 6 hrs, turning occasionally.
- Soak bamboo skewers for 1 hrs. Drain and throw away marinade. Thread chicken on skewers. Cook 8 to 10 min on grill, turning twice. Toss rice with tomato and green onions. Serve skewers over rice.
