Directions

  1. Heat oil, salt and pepper in deep skillet. Add in cabbage, celery, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, and sugar. Stir in chicken broth; cook about 10 min. Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Add in to vegetable mix and stir till mix thickens. Add in chicken. Heat through. Serve over warm chow mein noodles. Yield: 4-6 servings.
  2. For Chicken Chop Suey serve on cooked white rice.
