  • 1 TBSP water
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • RICE:
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp cooking sherry
  • 3 TBSP cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • STIR-FRY:
  • 2 TBSP peanut oil, divided
  • 1 yellow onion, thin sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 celery rib, thin sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, thin sliced
  • 10 baby corns
  • 12 ounces (4 cups) chopped cabbage
