  1. Cut chicken in thin strips; then saute/fry in butter about 3 min. Add in vegetables and cook only till tender crisp. Mix cornstarch with chicken broth; add in to above. Cook till thickened and clear. Stir in soy sauce, season to taste and serve over portions of warm rice.
