  • 2 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves cut in strips
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 3 c. cabbage cut 1/2 inch thick

Directions

  1. 1 Tbsp. cornstarch1/2 tsp. grnd ginger1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/2 c. water1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  2. Heat oil in fry pan. Add in chicken strips and stir fry over moderately high heat, turning pcs constantly till lightly browned (about 2-3 min). Add in cabbage; stir fry 2 min till cabbage is tender-crisp. Mix cornstarch and seasonings; add in to water and soy sauce, mixing till smooth. Stir into chicken mix. Cook till thickened and pcs are coated, about 1 minute.
  3. NOTES : Here is a fast and tasty stir-fry which I like to make when I'm in a hurry.
