Directions

  1. Toss first 5 ingredients plus one Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil in bowl. Heat 2 Tbsp. of the oil in a large skillet or possibly wok over high heat. Add in garlic and ginger and cook, stirring till chicken is heated through. Add in broccoli. Cook and stir for 4 min. Cook rice in boiling water and drain. Serve chicken broccoli dish over rice. Makes 4 servings.
